Duotank has also developed a series of dedicated tank beer trucks with a capacity of 60 to 200 HL. Due to the larger volumes, these trucks are equipped with a tank with CIP cleaning system and a CO2 installation. Some trucks have several compartments, so that different types of beer can be delivered.

Powerful Features

CO₂ Operated

Because of their large volume, these tank beer trucks cannot use an inliner system. Instead, the tanks are equipped with a CO₂ system to ensure the correct operating pressure.

60- 200HL Fresh Beer

Duotank manufactures tank beer trucks ranging from 60 HL to 200 HL. A suitable solution is available for every situation.

MID Certified

Strandard, the truck is equiped with a MID‑certified flow meter that accurately measures the delivered volume. This ensures that the system complies with all regulations.

Compact Design

A lightweight construction ensures that the trucks are not only very manoeuvrable, but also have much lower CO₂ emissions per delivered litre of beer.

Quality Traceability

The delivery system is equipped with Duotank software, enabling full monitoring of the beer from the brewery to the customer during transport, filling, and delivery.

Stand Alone

Thanks to the optional solar panels, the truck can operate completely independently. No external power supply is required to deliver beer to the end user.

CIP Cleaning

As these tank beer trucks operate without an inliner, a reliable cleaning process is required. Therefore, the trucks are fitted with an integrated CIP system, ensuring easy and effective cleaning.

Multiple Compartments

Tank beer trucks can be fitted with multiple compartments, enabling the transport of different beer types in a single shipment.

Does Duotank also provide the truck itself?

No, the customer has full control over the choice of truck. 

Is there no beer contamination when using two compartments to transport and deliver two different beers with the same truck?

No, specially developed software ensures that when you switch from one compartment to the other, beer contamination is kept to a minimum. 

Do these trucks guarantee that the temperature and CO₂ levels of the beer remain intact during transport?

Yes, the insulated tank and the CO₂-optimized system ensure a stable temperature and preserve the CO₂ in the beer. In addition, Duotank software provides control and traceability.
