Bag-In-Tank system

The system explained

The Bag-in-Tank system does not work with CO2  or other gases, but only with compressed air. First, a Beerliner is placed in the tank. By connecting a plug-in tap to the Beerliner, it can be filled directly with beer. For this purpose, the piercing unit connected to a filling hose (from a beer truck, for example). During the filling of the Beerliner, air is pressed out of the beer tank via the safety valve with a pressure regulator at the front of the beer tank.

When the Beerliner is filled, the pressure regulator of the safety valve is used to force compressed air into the tank. With this compressed air, the beer in the Beerliner is kept under pressure and pushed out of the tank during tapping. The beer leaves the tank through the piercing unit that is connected to a python, which is connected to the bar
